String Swing Guitar Hanger Wall Mount for Classical Guitars- Oak CC01-O Made in The USA

Nothing real spectacular here - just a functional little gizmo used to hang a guitar. It had two rubber "keepers" that were, according to the instructions, roll over the ends of the yoke to keep the instrument from sliding forward. Found they were nearly impossible to install and gave up on that since the normal angle of the arms is enough to keep the guitar in place. The wood finish is less than spectacular but it comes with a good method of mounting directly on drywall. It's probably better to mount directly on a wall stud (as I did) if at all possible since it seems to be overhung - this prevents the instrument body from contacting the wall. Delivery was spectacular - ordered on a Thursday and it was delivered Monday, even though the quoted delivery was not for another seven days after that day.

Have 3 of these holding 2 electric and 1 acoustic guitar. As others have mentioned, to ensure they're secure on the wall, get yourself a stud-finder and screw them into wall studs. I have mine mounted this way and they are rock solid. No hesitation about putting my $3000 PRS on one. Another guitar has an asymmetrical head on it and the ability to tilt that cradle is great. Keeps it vertically level. The soft rings give some added peace of mind too. Holds the guitars far enough away from the wall that they don't touch, even my acoustic sits off the wall about an inch. Will be buying more of these as I make more room on the music room walls.

Mounted to studs, they have done well in quakes we get in California and young children can't knock them off of their mounts accidentally. Hanging a guitar by the neck seems to be good for the neck & may relieve some tension from the strings on the wood. Each time I buy a new guitar I include a string swing purchase

After purchasing these for a fourth time, I can say they are superb. They are simple, inexpensive, and do what they say. I have two ukulele and two standard guitar sized ones. They mount into the wall simple and fast. The color goes with most studios, homes, and commercial spaces. I have used them in all three at one time or another! They also travel well when moving, as I have done that too with these. I have remounted them three times now. I will continue to purchase these mounts as long as they are made, and I need one. Great company and quality.

This String Swing Guitar Hanger is the perfect size for my Cordoba and Washburn classical guitars. The gap between the padded fork is 2½ inches, which securely holds my guitars. The guitars hang about one inch away from the wall and easily lifts up and forward to retrieve from the hanger. The installation was straightforward using the supplied wall anchors and I like that it look good and is made in the USA.

Use it for a classic guitar. Made well. I used the original screws that were included in the package to install the hook on a dry wall. Works great. Its endings are soft-covered so it holds the guitar without scratching it.

It would have been nice if the screws had been included as the picture shows

I bought one of these from a large guitar shop years ago and loved the quality and construction. I was very disappointing when I went back and all they had for wall mounts were cheap and plastic. I would not trust a guitar with them for long term. I came to Amazon and found the same one I had purchased years ago and ordered. I was concerned they might be a little different but they are not, was a perfect match! In the picture you can see how it looks straight on and from an angle. These are made very well and would highly recommend.

ce produit est parfait pour une guitare classique. Je n'ai pas réussi à utiliser le "cousin" de ce produit, qui avait une forme plus moderne (même vendeur) mais était trop étroit. Ici pas de problème. Je suis très satisfait, la guitare est bien tenue, elle ne bouge pas de son emplacement et elle est facile à saisir.
