Sorry but it's not for .me some tasted awful some burnt my throat sorry don't recomend waste of money

I have mixed feelings on these, they contain great ingredients that benefit health, but some the flavours are awful. I couldn’t finish the ginger one, whereas I like to buy ginger shots from m&s.
