This is a great supplement to always have on hand if you get UTIs easily as either a preventative measure or to stop the infection from getting worse. There are some healing and anti-inflammatory ingredients such as Aloe Vera and turmeric (great to see that they have included black pepper since that is needed for the absorption of turmeric). The 100mg of pear can also serve as an anti-oxidant and help with urinary tract health, similar to cranberry juice. D-Mannose has been proven via trials to help treat and prevent UTIs, though if the infection is pretty bad or causes a lot of discomfort you should not substitute this for a doctor's visit. The DigeZyme enzyme blend helps with gut health and everything to do with proper food and liquids absorption and digestion which also contributes to a healthy urinary tract. I'm quite happy with the ingredients list, so far I've only used it as a preventative measure (in which case you can also use 1 capsule a day to stretch them a bit) and they have been working.

It's always hard to judge effectiveness of any particular supplement in isolation but with that said... I can't say I feel any different however they're easy to swallow, taste of nothing and the price is reasonable

Excellent - I have stopped using Actimel as I find I no longer really need it with such great supplements available in capsule format, and it also frees up space in my fridge. I find these capsules are also better value for money than the yoghurt type drinks.
