recieved my 3rd unit today. first one i recieved a a date on the box of 11/22 (3yrs old) i did not open the box just returned it. ordered 2nd one did not come with a manual, looked like it was just thrown into a box no instructions or template. just recieved my third unit again no manual or template just came with one bag already installed. no second bag. the product was scraped on the sides (do not know if this was returned or refurbished. I made my own template will try to install tomorrow. OH, i did plug it in and suction was strong. i will keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. i knocked it down from 2 stars to 1 star. the vacuum itself is very good, but the hose is its weak point. when i have an attachment on the hose and pull it to extend it attachment is pull off because the hose is trying to spring back. I also bought the 10 foot extension and I pull on the hose the ends come off the 35 foot hose and i have to screw them back on. i e-mailed the company about missing items and the hose problem and as of 12/22/25 have not heard back from them I will give them a few more days and if i do not here from them i will return. the vacuum. if not for the hose and lack of support i would give them 4 to 5 stars.

This is a great piece to have in your garage. Installation was easy. Just lay everything out and take your time placement is key. I have been using it and I am so impressed. The suction will make your wife or girlfriend jealous. Only comparing to the house vacuum 😂

All I want is the missing parts and not have to return the whole thing and looks like it was a return since there was no booklet or instructions & a missing hose

Recently supplied by Amazon and upon installation the unit when switched on fused the ring main system and could have been a dangerous fire hazard If not externally fuse protected On inspection the unit supplied is a 110volt used for the American market only and definitely not for use in the UK It is illegal to supply 110volt household units to the Uk I therefore the unit collecting ASAP and a full refund provided

Looks and feels very cheap. Not crazy about using a (very small) vacuum bag. Suction is just ok. Hose is nice
