These coasters are very nice and worked especially well for engraving. The surface engraved cleanly and gave a sharp, clear finish, making them ideal for custom designs. They also feel sturdy and do a good job protecting surfaces from drinks. Overall, a great set if you’re looking for coasters that can be personalised easily.

Really pleased with these slate coasters. Received all without any breakages. Just wipe clean. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

Great quality & fast delivery

I brought this to replace a couple of square ones that had cracked (probably because I have them outside with something heavy on them) these look great, my only small criticism is that they aren’t all the same depth, but it is a natural product so just being picky. I’d recommend these for sure 👌

Great coasters for laser engraving. I used these on my Falcon A1 and the results were great. The coasters varied a bit in thickness and actual laserable area, but that is the nature of slate. Overall I'm very pleased with these and at about £1.25 each (at time of review) I think these are great value.

Very good pieces, waiting to try and engrave in them but product is 100% as sold

I find these, at the time of review, great value for money, a little over a pound for each. I used to buy from another source, and they were a bit thicker, but the price was more and I thought I'd give these a go. They engrave really well and out of many orders I've only had 2 or 3 that were either way too thin for me to sell, or too uneven. Can't complain at that. I use the really thin ones as testers. They arrive in a good secure box, bubbled wrapped 2 apiece. None have had any marks on them. I have only had two from several boxes that were unstable due to the felt feet being placed on the uneven bottom of the coaster, where the slate had formed in layers. The natural look is perfect for what I use, it's not too neat and not too rough. Even without any decoration they look very nice. I spray them with clear varnish for a more contrasting engraving. I have dropped one from a short distance onto my desk and it didn't damage or break, not that I would expect my finish products to be dropped, but it's nice to mention. Overall, I really recommend these if you plan to engrave them like I have.

Excellent quality for the price. Cushioned pads underneath and clean easily with the tiniest drop of washing up liquid.

Bon rendu, bon produit je recommande . Quelques irrégularités sur la face mais ça va c’est propre .

Impossible de faire de la gravure profonde sur ces sous verres (ardoise de mauvais qualité).
