The best at removing sealants and finishes from tile
Our contractor added sealant to our porcelain tile, then a finish to make it shine. But it was the wrong sealant, was improperly installed, and looked bad. We had to remove everything. I bought two other brands to try them side to side. This one was by far the most effective and easiest to use. It works. We have fixed about a 1000sq ft of porcelain tile, and it looks beautiful. We are happy we found this product. The Italians are the experts when it comes to porcelain and ceramic surfaces.

Stripper for concrete floor sealer
It did the job. My sealer on my home colored concrete floor had gotten wet and became white. I used this to strip the bad sealer. It did what I needed ut it was a lot of work!

Not for remove Sealer on concrete.
Didn't remove sealer on concrete. Expensive. A 12 dollar HD paint remover work better.

An "OK" item
This is what some people call an "Ok" item. It does the job ok. Could it be better? Of course! Because it contains acetone, I strongly recommend to wear respirator, one that filters paint odor.

Lousy stripper
We are refurbishing our Saltillo tiles. Ordered this product in order to strip them & reseal. Did not work well. We ended up using acetone which worked like a charm.

Applied it and was able to pull out pavers.
