Comfortable and effective
Fits really well and applies cold to the area effectivly for about 15 minutes. Used during a ligament injury and it really helped.

Very simple to use
This item comes with multiple sets of instructions, to include those printed on the cuff itself. My use was for getting my legs freed up after being immobile for some time. Fold up and put in the microwave and maybe tweak the temperature with extra seconds.It's all in one piece, so no messing with additional straps and heat / cold pads. Wipe down cleaning and a bag to store it in.Certainly easy to use and the straps hold firm.

Really Useful Product
Have tried After Being in The Freezer for Cold Treatment and after microwaving for heat treatment, both methods were fine. Found relatively easy to fit and adjust. Fairly secure, but feel they wouldn’t stay in place if mobile. Being static such as lying or sitting down is recommended when using.
