As a nurse, I highly recommend vitamin b12 especially for those fussy children that are not eating their greens and their meats. Used as a treat, taste good and keeps vitamin levels topped up. My little one doesn’t have any problems taking these. So much easier getting vitamins into them. They like the taste, great value for money, they seem effective but haven’t noticed any difference in sleep quality.
