nothing special
I bought this as the title of "bread thermometer" caught my eye as this was the purpose for me buying a thermometer. Once it came in I was a bit disappointed, no where does it say for bread on package, it is basically a meat/poultry thermometer. Same thing I could have gotten for half the price elsewhere.
