I used it in reverse to attach double pulleys. Works great.

Obvious knock off of a similar product with very slightly different grip angle options.That said, the grips are comfortable and the bar is sturdy and useful with a pulley/weights or bands. It’s great to be able to quickly change grip angles with a single bar

i've been seeing the ergonomtic designed rows and lat pulldowns, and i'm like, there's no way this is better than say loop handles or just bars.now, after getting a pair of these hands and work with them, they're worth the price and hype.my own complaint, is that i wish these came with rotating carabiner. most cables rotate anyways but it would be nice especially if you buy the adjustable bar.definitely recommend it.

Overall I really like the rotating handles. They overtorqued the steel around the swivel point that causes the handles to bind and not rotate freely (an easy fix by loosening) However, because the bushing is a nylon bushing you can feel the slop of it, it squeeks, and probably needs a couple spacer washers to align and tighten the slop and stop any binding. For the price they are ok, but if I had it to do over again I would probably go with the real deal from Prime Fitness because they have a brass bushing that rotates on a smooth shaft. A couple of the pictures in the listing for these handles are of the legit Prime product, not what shows up. So that sucks. You get what you pay for, if the budget only allows for these -get them you will not be disappointed. If you can afford the Primes, order those instead. That said if you are on the fence as to whether you need these for cable crossover flies ...resounding yes. I've hit and cramped muscle fiber i've never felt with the old-school d handles. Time and reps wasted by not having these. Get some - either these or prime.

If you are into fitness and equipment, you probably know Prime fitness equipment. Great products and built. On the expensive side.If you can’t or don’t want to spend that much for a pair of handle, these are good quality. Great for all pulling motion and allows you to load a bit more your back while sparring your forearms.

I'm very impressed with the build quality. Everything feels solid and comfortable to use. I'm not having the issues others have reported with the spreader handles unscrewing themselves. Box was kind of destroyed from shipping but each piece was bubble wrapped so no damage to product.
