I found the actual sling very cumbersome to put on - it required help from someone else as you can't do it yourself (especially with a torn supraspinatus tendon).However, the wide velcro strap is very good as it immobilised my upper arm and stopped me from moving too much.So, it's not really good value for money for me given the difficulty in putting the sling on.
