I would have given it five stars but the screwholes stripped out very easily. The screws would not tighten. It was very wobbly. But I wanted the unit. So I bought a 4' piece of wood dowling, cut it into three pieces, that fit just inside the three metal uprights I cut the dowels 3" shorter than the three metal uprights. The dowels gave the screws something solid to grab onto. You'll have to take care to make sure that the top dowel is evenly spaced inside on the top upright because the cap needs to go on there. Worked out very well!

I purchased this Outdoor Coat Rack to hang towels by our pool. It was easy to put together, but it was extremely lightweight and it wasn't balanced - it wobbled. I was disappointed that it wasn't useful like I originally planned.

This is not expensive but it looks and feels that way too.

The box was re-taped shut, like it had been opened before, and there were scratches as if a tool had been used on it. The zip lock packages inside looked used as well. The appearance was as if someone had begun to put it together and changed their mind. All the parts are there. It is not as stable as expected from the description. However, the assembly was easy.

If it came with the right pieces in the box it would have gotten a better review. The bottom vertical pole was missing the holes for a 3rd leg. You can't just drill another 2 holes either because then you can't screw the bolts in. Guess I'm going to have to use tape or glue to put the 3rd leg on. Other than that major issue product is fine.
