Works well few quirks
Works good just need to keep remote handy because sometimes light doesn’t come on or the fan doesn’t come on. Have to use remote to put on the settings you want because it doesn’t keep settings…

If you don't have one yet, you need to get them
Man, where have these been all my life? These are great for areas that are small. I have one over my bed and only need it on low. I have to have airflow, can't stand stagnant air. I also put one in our half bath which is awesome to have on hotter days. We have an older house, and the area the 2nd bathroom is in isn't very well insulated from outside and gets kinda sweaty when doing your business sometimes, well not no more thanks to this light fan. Loving them. I bought 2 different styles, this one is enclosed and the remote has separate buttons for all the speeds and brightnesses. The other one I bought is open fanblades and the remote has 3 buttons, OFF/ FAN/ LIGHT. they work as a step style button and i actually like that one better.

Broke on first use
I purchased this to use in a room that doesn't get a lot of air flow. When I first screwed it into the light bulb socket, I heard a bit of a pop. The place where the socket screws in and the cheap plastic housing of the ceiling fan had broken. I had to flip the breaker off and get pliers to remove the screw in part from my light socket.So I started the return process with Amazon, they sent me a label for the return. Even though the item broke on first use, the return shipping wasn't going to be covered. I would have to pay for it. To return the item via UPS it was going to cost $45!! I am NOT going to be out $45 from my own pocket for a broken item.Beware buying these!
