Have only had this stick for a few days but so far I believe it is a great item [better than the "non-folding" stick I already own]. The one star reviews say that there was trouble in assembly, what assembly?? The stick , which was well packaged, came ready assembled, apart from having to slot the sections together [it is a FOLDING stick] the leaflet explained how to insert the 3 AAA batteries if you want the torch to work. In my opinion the stick seems well made & attractive to look at.

Very easy to deal with all you need to know before buying and delivered as promised.A very smart stable stick with a neat base to be able to leave it standing as you juggle with your bag and purse and not a large claw as has been seen before.The stick is very simple to connect and disconnect and light to carry with a smart bag to carry it in,this also can fit in a shopping bag.

My father, 90 years old, loves this. He has loads of walking sticks but just uses this now. It's the slight swivel on the handle that allows some movement so he can balance more if he feels like he might fall. Also the wide rubber like base adds stability. Looks good too.

I love this walking cane. After having several near misses using an ordinary walking cane which would slip, at last I feel secure when walking and am very happy with my purchase. Am trying to buy another but out of stock at moment but will keep looking.

Gives good support lovely rose gold colour. Haven't used light located in handle but would be good in dark nights. Overall worth paying little bit more for this. My balance is poor and this helps keep me more steady when walking
