Broken lids, both times.
I bought the mugs as a gift and the newly weds informed that the lids were broken. I ordered the same again, and again I got the set with the same defect. I believe only the lucky ones get the set intact.

Product wise good. I had opted for gift packaging so it could have been better & also I had paid extra for gift note which was missing from at the time of delivery. Little disappointdd with this.
