I’ve been using liquid labs for years now and really enjoy this product. It taste amazing and it is very effective. Mixes right in no issue, and although it gives a slight energy boost it is more so related to keeping you hydrated! Overall a product that I will continue to use, it’s great!

Great electrolyte mix. Taste great (but read below) Previously, I had purchased these in the grocery store however I couldn’t find them anymore so I was very happy to see they were available on Amazon. I chose this electrolyte mix specifically because of the nutritional content and the percentage of each electrolyte. There are other brands that I like better however they get pricey. So this is my go to mix that is cost-effective and I don’t care if I blow through an entire box. It dissolves easily in water and it’s not overly sweet. In fact there’s a tinge of salty, which you probably should taste if it’s a true electrolyte mix. I absolutely hate the mixes that add sweeteners and I actually prefer to have the hard-core electrolyte mix which basically tastes like you’re drinking salt. If you’re not that hard-core, this is a great middle ground. Side note: I do add a pinch of kosher sea salt to this mix. Try it :)

I wish this was easier to get without having to order it. My store quit carrying it for some reason. But it is just like liquid IV without all the extra sugar, and most of the same ingredients, but be mindful of that because the dosage of the ingredients is different than liquid IV. Regardless I love this product and always helps me to feel more hydrated than anything else. Also be careful as it is produced in a facility that also processes nuts, so not allergy free unfortunately.

Not enough sodium for some of us. But you can easily add 1/4 tsp salt to this. It has a decent amount of potassium which is great. This is probably best for people who don’t eat enough veggies or fruit and too much salt in general. Another negative is that it’s really sweet. Half the sweetness would be enough. In comparison some other hydration drinks have a lot more sodium and not enough potassium. You have to figure out which formulation works for you. I tend to have thyroid and adrenal issues and normal and sometimes lowish blood pressure so I need more sodium than what’s in here. I’m buying this for a family member. I mix my own with 1-4 tsp salt and 300mg potassium (I open the caps). Maybe a splash of juice for taste in a 16oz bottle with water.
