I don’t. But I suppose you can do whatever you like. I find it ruins them. Too hard to clean and reuse.

Not sure what you mean. The lashes are pretty wide, so I cut off the ends.

How long do they last? Any special care required?

These lashes are so light you don't even feel them on. Because they are so light, they don't last as long. I would say about a week. I cut them up and wear them under my lashes and they'll last about 3 days.
