Criminal Minds - Season 5 [DVD]

well after watching seasons 1 through 4 i decided i couldnt wait for the region 2 release of criminal minds 5 and tried to import it from the us, it never arrived but a couple of weeks later found an english seller selling it and pounced and have to say its a great season, keeps you gripped from episode 1, and the cliff hanger as always with criminal minds is great, has one of two weak points but all in all think its another great season from one of my all time best crime dramas bear in mind if you buy the region 1 dvd you need a multi region dvd player to play it, only saying as a couple of years ago i got caught out and then had to go to the extra expense of buying a multi region player regards

I have never been a tv watcher. Maybe the occasional film or documentary. So I started watching this on prime and now I’m hooked. By buying it season by season I can watch it in my own time.

Not a show for the squeemish, Criminal Minds, one of the best crime dramas around at the moment gets better and better with its 5th season. Picking up from the cliffhanger ending at the end of season 4 with Hotchner targeted by serial killer The Reaper who stalks him and his family through several episodes coming to a bloody and brilliant climax and carries on to the end of the series with another excellent cliffhanger with the team in Los Angeles hunting a serial killer played by an excellent Tim Curry who is killing people under cover of blackouts which leads into season 6. The cast as usual are excellent and this is a thrilling, gripping series. The season also introduces characters from the sadly short lived spin off Criminal Minds Suspect Behaviour, a new BAU team lead by an excellent Forrest Whittaker in a special back door pilot episode. This series is a must buy for fans.

Great watch

Alright i confess i am slightly addicted to this series, i have watched 1-4 many times over the last 12 months and have been extremly over excited for the last month or so since pre ordering series 5. I have not been disapointed, this series contains some of the most twisted episodes yet ( I've never been a fan of china dolls but now, eeek), but perhaps the most rewarding viewing comes from the charater development we see. The charaters seem to grow up in front of you and the series is all the richer for it. Semi Spoiler alert episode 9 had me sobbing like a small child be warned you will need tissues.

This is a great series that my wife and I picked up late. Been watching on Sky but for some reason they skipped series 5 altogether so was looking for this. Was disappointed that as this is now 10 years old it is not free with Prime when I get drivel like Jack Ryan for free but bought this download at the exorbitant price of £21.99 only to find I could have bought the actual dvd boxset brand new on Prime for £10.99 so hard not to feel ripped off by Amazon, which of course I have been........beware!!

I really like Criminal Minds, but frustratingly on British TV they keep playing series 1-4 and series 6 without screening series 5. So we decided to buy it. Good value from this seller, product new, as described, works fine and delivered promptly. Slight annoyance is that the first DVD has loads of adverts on it and we kept having to let them run a bit before we could jump past them, maybe this was a prob with our player. But minor thing really, as rest of DVDs in the set don't have the ads.

Not happy with DVD the 6th disk does not work, seems to be blank

Mir gefällt die Serie sooo gut, dass ich nun schon alle Staffeln besitze, die es bislang auf deutsch gibt. In der Staffel fünf löst das Team wieder spannende und auch echt ekelerregende Fälle. Was mir an dieser Staffel besonders gefällt, sie geht ganz intensiv auf Hotch ein. Seine Familie muss aufgrund der Flucht des Reapers untertauchen und wird dauerhaft bewacht. Leider geht dies nicht lange gut und der Reaper nimmt seine Frau und seinen Sohn in seine Gewalt. Ich kann nur sagen bei der Folge kommt man echt ins Schwitzen... Ob die Familie es doch noch schafft, ob Hotch sie rechtzeitig finden und befreien kann - schaut es euch selbst an Also da man nun endlich auch mal einen guten Eindruck von Hotch bekommt, finde ich die komplette Staffel super gelungen!!!!

I love this show,it is one of my favorites,if you don't follow the show I would suggest you start at season 1 an go from there,it is definitely worth it,an if you do follow the show an love it as much as I do,then this is a great item to own,you could watch it over and over again,I actually had not heard of show before the first 3 seasons had already aired,so when I started watching it,my brothers girlfriend owned the 1st 3 seasons.So I borrowed them from her,an I would watch at least 1 disk a night sometimes 2 which is 4-8 episodes,it makes you just want to keep watching,After I finished an started to follow it on TV it took some time getting used to having to wait a whole week to see the next episode,but then I buy them an am able to watch them as I please,my brother an his girlfriend don't actually follow it on Tv for that exact reason,they like to be able to watch it all at once an watch as many episodes as they want in a night,an I did enjoy that too,but I'm much to impatient to wait the whole yr to watch it..If you are a fan I definitely recommend buy this product,an if your not a fan YET, I definitely recommend this show,but start at season 1,an I've said before an I will keep saying it,I am a big fan of Amazon,Free shipping,super speedy delivery an great deals! No comment on returns or exchanges or their customer service,but that is only because I have never had to return or exchange anything! An that's got to speak about the company itself.
