Hydrating, glowy, great with bm tint stick.
I was really hoping this wouldn’t be a big improvement from just using elf woah glow- but the glow on this is way more natural- it blends seamlessly with the luminous tint stick, and it feels so light and smooth. My skin has definitely improved and felt more hydrated since switching to this creamy makeup routine vs powder. Wish it wasn’t so good because the cost.

Glitters in the sun
While I am rating this a 5-star because I love Bare Essentials primers, I returned this particular one because I did not realize until it was pointed out to me by a friend, that it GLITTERS in the sun. That must be the 'glow' indicated in the description. I am simply too old for glitter in my primers ha.
