One side arrived cracked but we can still use it normally. Its been almost a year now. It is fine and excellent

Good product, pathetic after sales service.
The product is very good in terms of its functionality. The size of the induction is pike a gas stove, seemingly taking a bit less space and keeps the kitchen looking neat. The heating of the product is decent, one is 2100 watts and the other 1200 watts. The larger one is quite useful in terms of quick cooking and the small one is efficient in keeping the food warm.Things took a rough road when the large induction stoped functioning properly, in around 7 months, it started showing error EA, which is not mentioned in the product manual nor the service technician had knowledge of it. Things got more complicated when the call center started refusing service on the face. They delayed the service upto a point one can loose patience.Overall, if luck favours your part, this is an excellent product to watch out for cooking needs, with efficient power consumption.

Prestige twin burner induction is good.. but basic manual function is missing. Not v user friendly and product manual doesn't talk about its operation & functionality..

Good quality stove, efficient heating
works very well , all controls are easy to use .easy to clean any spills.Looks good on any counter topwent for induction due to safety from hazards .this product suits my needs.

Too much errors
I have use stabilizer, then also it shows E3 error after 10 minutes. E0 error show randomly. Can not use as primary cooktop. I have reinstalled my previous gas stove after facing those issues
