After reading some of these comments, I was reluctant to order this. Which I’m happy I have so far. I just received my order, made a shake, 4 scoops, fill with water, blended together with ice. Poured into a 32oz shaker bottle & honestly y’all, the taste really isn’t bad. There’s other comments about the beef taste, or just tasting off. I got the chocolate flavor & can’t taste anything bad.. tastes like a protein shake, but so far, better taste than the comments lead to believe. I’m 33, 165lbs, ectomorph, I’ve competed in men’s physique body building, have had high placements & worked out all my life as an athlete. With all of this said, I’ve tried many brands. But so far this one is good. Over the course of the next 3-4 weeks I’ll give an update on my comment if need be. So far though, it’s good. I got this due to most proteins going straight thru me, meaning, sitting on the toilet after 30 min of consuming & blasting off. So far no feeling of that, I believe it’s due to this formula being lactose free (for me). Hope this helps UPDATE 1-20-23: It’s now been a solid week that I’ve been using this protein, I must say, I surprisingly stand by my original (above) comment. When buying supplements it’s very important for anyone to purchase directly from the company rather than an affiliate seller, this way the formulations are exactly what the company says. That being said, I don’t find myself on the toilet 30 minutes after, I waited 2 days before working out & taking this shake 2x per day, I noticed a HUGE difference in my pump within the first 10 minutes of warm up. I got so excited I just kept going till I couldn’t any longer. I wouldn’t recommend taking 4 scoops before bed, I’ve noticed that it’s best to keep your body moving a bit so your body can release the gas. I had lots of gas cramps during my sleep. Also instead of 4 scoops I’ve been using 3 scoops with some ice & water. 4 scoops won’t allow you to have a smooth consistency, it’s VERY thick, but 3 is nice. Taste is still great. Hope this has been helpful.

Price: Seriously, this is the cheapest meal supp you can get with this amount of protein that isn't whey-based. I always get the chocolate fudge flavor, no reason to mess with what works. It has a funky smell (it's beef, wdy expect) but taste is great. I don't think I can buy creatine separately + a different meal supp and beat this price point. It's really the go-to. Mixability: It mixes with HOT water. I use a 1 liter container and 4 scoops mixes just fine with a spoon and hot water. If it's clumpy, give it some time and possibly warm it up more. Most of the time the temperature of my Hot tap is plenty to ensure good mixing. After it's mixed you can chill it if you want, but it's basically high protein hot chocolate at this point so why wait. Treat it like flour. Warm will make it a congealed mess, cold works well for cleanup. Body impact: I had pretty smelly farts for a couple weeks, now my system seems to love the stuff. Drink tons of water if you haven't loaded creatine yet. I was drinking ~half gallon a day and barely urinating compared to my intake. It took about 2 weeks for me to catch up and relieve the tightness in muscles. Each person's body comp is different, but you need quite a bit of water to be stored in your muscles along with the creatine (it may sound like cheating gains, but it's a good thing).

I loved this protein powder. It tasted great and I gained alot of muscle and weight while taking it. (As a skinnier guy this was a plus) The one thing I'll say is the serving size is a bit large making it a challenge to get down but its worth the effort if you split it up throughout the day.

I have been training for 4 years now, I found really hard to eat all my required proteins every day, I have tried almost all protein powder shakes in the market, this is probably the best, after a pack, I have seen my gains increase, It feels light not as other whey based, taste is good and preparing is simple and does not cause a pain in the * to dissolve it, It is just tricky to get the 50gms of protein you need 4 scoops it is a lot of powder in a single shake, anyway the amount of protein against carbs is ideal to gain wait.

I like the taste. Doesn’t feel bulky. Drinks easy. Gave me diarrhoea for the first few times but the gut adjusted after. Only thing that annoys me though is you need 4 scoops for 50g. But will buy again.
