This is my first ever miniature kit, and I couldn't be more pleased! The instructions were very detailed and clear, all parts were present and well-labeled, and it was super cute. Some of the tiny signs are so accurate even while needing a magnifying glass to read them! My only criticism (and it's not enough to lower the five star rating), is regarding the little pastries: the clear plastic for wrapping the baked goods was too stiff and made wrapping them almost impossible, and also the wire provided for securing them was far less than needed to do all six pastries, so I had to improvise. But other than that, it is great! The light was also easy to wire, and worked beautifully! I am buying another one right away.

I chose this because I had read it was a "beast." It was easy to assemble, excellent easy to follow instructions, pieces fit well and is sturdy-would be good for easy fun project

Fun and very detailed diy kit. Instructions were easy, pretty easy anyway, to follow and most things needed to complete were included. It has a lot of little extra pieces to put in it and things to actually prepare just like in the good old days, which is much funner than these all wood pop together puzzles. Really like it and would definitely recommend it to people who enjoy a good challenge with a satisfying outcome.

This was really fun to build. I do have a few complaints. I wish the wallpaper was printed on the wood pieces instead of having to glue them on. The paper tore when trying to connect the pieces together. We were able to hide the torn pieces but I wish it didnt tear. I wish the glue dried faster. A lot of the time we were having to wait for things to dry. Other than that it was really fun to build. All of the little bakery items were super cute.

This is a great product for the grandkids. Our 11 YO granddaughter would not stop building it once she started. It incorporates a number of skills for the kids. All of the components are high quality, and a great way to spend time with them building. We will be looking for additional kits and she now is thinking of being an engineer. A bonus is they are made in the USA.

I gave this miniature 5 stars for its creativity. It's challenging to say the least but so very delightful when finished. If you like gluing wires and paper - this one is for you! The issues were the photos. Some of the photos were not clear and I couldn't see where little pieces go and the directions for connecting the wires for the light were backwards. Overall, it was charming when finished.

I've never really been an arts and crafts person, but I wanted to challenge myself and try something new during the lockdown period. I like this kit because there's not much creative input from the builder since all the directions are written out for you. Therefore, you just have to follow the directions and build! Should be easy... With that said, there are a few pieces of paperwork and metal wire bending that have been infuriating to put together. Several pieces require you to cut out complex shapes, fold them up like origami, and then glue them together so it doesn't unravel. Perhaps experienced craftsmen have special tricks to do this, but my fat fingers have a hard time. Shoutout to the two "candle stick holders" that took me over 75 minutes to fold, glue, and assemble and still turned out lopsided and ugly. Additionally, some of the objects requiring metal wire to be bent into right angles and curvy shapes is downright impossible to nail perfectly. Specifically, there's a metal storage rack that ruined my day when it kept falling apart as I assembled it... Despite this, I'm still enjoying the kit. The directions can be a little obtuse, and I've definitely skipped some directions in favor of "doing it my way". I had one issue where I cut into the green tissue paper in such weird ways that it was impossible for me to cut the correct dimensions for a the final few flowers. Not a huge problem. It took me about 60 hours +/- to finish this project. Perhaps someone with more experience can do this stuff much quicker, but it's a good time sink! Photos showing how mine turned out. I keep forgetting to buy a battery for the lamp but I don't really care about that anyways.

My mom loved it. She loves doing puzzles and this was a good challenge for her. She did have to use different glue for the pieces to last. Super cute over all. Took her a couple of days to finish it.

Some parts are a bit too tedious, but the build turned out great in the end. I used Gorilla wood glue for the entire thing.

la scatola di montaggio si presenta molto bene ... all'interno tutto è ben raggruppato in varie buste con tanto di codice per identificare e cercare i vari pezzi ... le istruzioni sono abbastanza esplicative anche se qualche passaggio di costruzione è un po da intuire e dedurre dalla fotografia del pezzo realizzato ... nella confezione che ho acquistato erano presenti anche le colle. Ottimo prodotto ma ci vuole pazienza e costanza nella fabbricazione delle varie parti

Great DIY project. I am still working on it but thought I would write my review. This is my first DIY mini house, somewhere I read it would take approx. 20 hours or so to complete and I am well past that and only 3/4 done. I am having so much fun, and it is so relaxing to work a bit on it every night. The kit came with everything I needed except a pair of wire cutters, scissors and needle nose pliers. That being said I really wanted my DIY to be MINE so I bought some brown paints and a sponge (I cut up) and have been adding a bit of dirt here and there on my pieces. The kits instructions are easy to follow, most are photos so you can actually SEE what you are suposed to be doing. The materials are good quality. The packagings a bit plain but beautiful regarless. I am very happy with my purchase and I would purchase a Robotime DIY mini house again in the future.
