My husband had used his attractive, new suitcase one time, and it ended up with black marks on it. Before our next trip, I also bought some pretty, new luggage, and I didn't want the same thing to happen, so bought this cover for it. When hubby saw how well it fit the luggage and how relatively easy it was to put on and take off, he had me order a set for him too. In the 14 months since we bought these, these suitcases have circumnavigated the globe plus had two additional, extended trips to Europe and several domestic ones. Many, many flights involved. After every trip, there were unsightly black marks on the luggage covers (which I was able to wipe off) but it showed us how many black marks there would have been on our luggage had we not had the protectors. One downside is that, after the workout we've put them through, they have started developing splits in some of the creases, so I'm about to replace them with new ones. I think they're worth it for the following reasons: 1. Obviously, these protect your luggage from dirt and scuffs. 2. They're waterproof, which is handy if you have to haul your luggage in the rain. 3. They make your luggage easy to spot on the conveyor belt. 4. This doesn't hide the attractiveness of your luggage. 5. It wouldn't prevent theft of your belongings (we still lock our luggage before putting these on), but it adds another step before someone can get into your bags. Maybe it causes a would-be thief to head for an easier target. We're sold on them!

I checked my DELSEY carry on with the clear cover protector. The cover did stay attached to the luggage and was the appropriate size. The product is a bit pricey but worth the extra money. The plastic is thick and is sturdy enough to protect the luggage from rough handling. The two side handle holes are perfect because not all luggage have left side handles. DELSEY has right hand luggage side handle.

This fit my 24" case perfectly. I was afraid to purchase a white suitcase but this cover worked like a charm. The cover was scuffed up with dark marks but the suitcase looked amazing after traveling to Europe and back. The cover proved sturdy as there were no tears, snags etc.I just bought a second cover to keep inside the case just incase anything happens to this one. Well worth the money to protect my investment.

This product fits the suitcase just fine when suitcase is empty. When suitcase is packed (without expanders open) this does not fit suitcase. It slips over the suitcase ok, but the velcro flaps are not long enough to close around the bottom of the suitcase. These velcro flaps need to be much longer to secure them. I liked the durability of the product, but never got to use it because the flaps were not long enough to velcro together. I have waited too late to return the item, which is disappointing since I will not be able to use it.

To help ghosts in placeI bought these for our suitcases, but it was really difficult to get the perfect size. My guess is they make covers a little bigger than specs to cover the varying sizes of suitcases and to give room for expansion. I found the covers with the elastic sides to work better for me. The quality of the plastic is nice and thick. I bought luggage straps to help hold in place. Not bad at all, i just prefer the other style.

The covers are really very good… sturdy and fit well. I have a large expandable suitcase which I pack very full and so I bought the next size up for the cover and it worked great, although they do not run small. I traveled from Boston to Lisbon to Marrakech, out to the Sahara Desert and back again… the last stop back in Boston the cover was ripped but Boston is extremely rough with luggage… almost every trip we have multiple suitcases with major damage, wheels yanked off and the like and so guessing it was them, I’ll purchase another cover…very highly recommend.

These suitcase covers have done an amazing job protecting my light colored luggage. Yes, the airlines have scuffed them up and left black marks all over the covers, but not on my suitcase. Plus the covers have come clean again with a little scrubbing using a magic sponge. I will never travel without these covers on my luggage from here on out..
