MaxxDry Glove, Boot and Shoe Dryer

Had to deep clean me boots, fully immersed in cleaning solution. I needed to dry them without leaving them outside as the weather is wet and without using the radiator. Very pleased with the performance. It has a dial timer with a switch for cool or warm setting. Set on warm, I had to use the full timer twice on the unit to completely dry me boots. Time was not an issue for me. The unit comes with extensions, great for high boots. I have dried gloves and the kids trainers with no problems. The heated air flow will not soften or melt the glues in your shoes/trainers. I keep this and use it in my garage. The fan does make a low noise, it's easy to use. Should be cheaper, but that can be said for lots of gadgets.

Came home today after a 30 mile ride in what can only be described as a monsoon tidal wave combined with the last days of civilisation. Soaked through to the skin with only my toes remaining dry. My winter gloves were wetter than an otters pocket. But so far, 90 minutes on the dryer and the gloves are almost bone dry and the 2 neck tubes used are also done. All ready to repeat for the next 2 days. Cracking bit of biker kit and economical too.

Drys wellies and shoes well. Option to have heat on or off so can dry delicate items without heat.

Okay so I cycle a lot in all weathers and wanted something to dry my shoes out so I could wear them the next day. I wanted something solid and well made so was happy to pay more for something that wouldn't burn the house down as some of the cheaper ones look like they might do. In person this is actually a good piece of kit and clearly made of good materials, everything feels put together nicely. The drying of shoes actually takes longer than you would think as there isn't much airflow and works more from the heat than anything. If I was to buy again I would spend the money on the bigger version as it seems more powerful.

Christmas presents for family, at the moment it is working fine, takes at least 180 min to dry a wet boot but helpful and quite good as energy consumes

Absolutely brilliant product! A real godsend in the winter if you are outdoorsy, play sports or have scouts/ explorers like us. Easy to use, works well and isn't too noisy. Looks okay, but its functional not fashionable so who cares what it looks like. Doesn't get scarily hot so no worries around children or pets. Pretty solid aswell 👌

Bought to address a problem my 20yo son had with his football boots, which after a match would stink like they'd had an Egyptian curse put on them. The unit gives good results, an hours use is usually sufficient to gently dry the boots, and after a couple of uses any shoe odours were much reduced. The unit is adequately constructed, not especially noisy in use - you know when it's on and when it has gone off which on the whole we find reassuring. Too early to say how durable it will be.

I am a motorcyclist and got this dryer specifically for those days where the weather here in the UK is rain with a chance of further downpours. I got stuck out in a truly biblical level of rain and my leather bike boots and winter gloves were beyond soaked through. It took about 3 hours on the standard setting with no heat to get everything bone dry and ready to wear again. Dint want to use the heat setting on my leather boots for fear of ruining them so I can't comment on how the heat function. Have used several times now with the weather being what it is and I have zero complaints. It is well put together and does not feel flimsy, it sits comfortably in the corner of my entrance way and is just a quick turn of the dial to get everything working. Nice and quiet too. Putting serious thought into buying another so I can have one at work too!!

With 3 boys the wet gear in my house is overwhelming. And the smell is horrid. Since getting this dryer, I'm able to tackle the wet stuff fast and we end up reducing the possibility of mold and wet gear substantially . Also, the boys love having their boots be warm for school every day in the winter

Das Gerät arbeitet gut, wenn es den nach der Lieferung von einer Elektrofachkraft umgebaut wurde. Das Gerät ist nach der Lieferung zuerst einmal nicht zu benutzen in Europa! Der Netzstecker ist nach US Norm mit drei Flachstiften. Der Netzstecker mit drei Kontakten lässt auch vermuten, das es sich um ein geerdetes Gehäuse handelt. ( Nein ist nicht ) Das Kabel am Netzstecker hat trotz drei Kontakten nur zwei Adern ( Blau und Braun ). Das gelb/grüne Erdungskabel fehlt in der Leitung. Das Gerät musste für die sichere Benutzung in Deutschland von einer Elektrofachkraft zuerst einmal mit eine neuen Zuleitung versehen werden. Das Gerät hat keine GS oder TÜV Prüfung. Richtig wäre ein Schild : Nicht in Europa benutzen !

Works great

Schuhe werden innerhalb von 1 bis 2 Stunden trocken. Lautstarke ist nicht störend, finde ich. Ideal für Kinderschuhe.
