Seems super empty. Is this correct? I’m excited to use it, and the scoops I’m supposed to use are very small, so I suppose it works out, but it’s very deceiving to look at. Edit: I used both of flavors. Both have great flavor, easy to drink, and are super helpful. I was able to sustain a 1500 calorie diet during a cut and I dropped 20 lbs in just 2 months! This added with obviously eating clean, and doing 4 hours of cardio every week. But this stuff really helps suppress your appetite and gives you the energy you need to bang out your workouts. Edit 2: I've been using this product for now roughly an entire year with breaks. If you are starting your fitness and/or weight loss journey, this is PERFECT. It can be extremely hard to break bad eating habits and replace them with good habits, but this is the best tool for doing so. It is very easy to say "I'm hungry and need to eat NOW" and pick an unhealthy option, but this has helped me take a step back and decide to just cook something nutrient dense and better for my body. I have lost a total of nearly 60 lbs. Next week, I will start my last cycle for at least the rest of the year (maybe forever) and I'm thankful for how far I've come. MY ADVICE: Just try it. If you are truly eating the way you should and doing the proper amount of cardio, it can't hurt you. Now, it's not magic. You DO have to eat properly, you DO need to do cardio in a lot of instances. Simply taking this will not guarantee you results, you do have to put in the work, but it's an excellent tool in correcting the bad habits inhibiting you from reaching your fitness goals.

Used the pill version before and it felt more effective. Tried 2 tubs, this made me have diarrhoea, didn’t finish the first tub, threw it away and tried 2nd tub (different order). Same thing happened.

This helped me shed some weight and water. Definitely need to cycle it, 3 weeks on, 1 off or it may jam up your liver or start to not work as well.
