I was skeptical, but it does the job. Takes away minor aches and pains. No hot feeling to try to wash off. The scent is not overbearing, it does have slight muscle cream smell but not strong. And the roller applicator is nice no worry of it on fingers then touching your face, I like that.

I have seen a lot of negative comments, I have nothing bad to say about this product. I have terrible muscle pains in my neck and back, but the reason I got this was for the tendonitis in my arm. It smells just like every other ointment, it does go away after a while, it works really well for the tendonitis not so much for the muscle pain but that's what I use my biofreeze for. I use it cautiously around my dog because I saw a comment about neurological issues, I've been using it for about a month and have not had any issues with him. This stuff has been a godsend, it has helped relieve the pain as I heal.

I have a muscle strain on my right side, and this works well to ease the pain for the most part. The downside is: the bottle’s child-proof top is nearly impossible to open! My hands are arthritic, and I have plates and screws in one of my wrists from a fall. I can appreciate child safety measures, but I will not be purchasing this in the future.

After having neck and shoulder issues for years, I've tried several different products for temporary pain relief. This is hands down the best product that I've found so far. This works better and last longer than any of the other products that I've tried. Inexpensive and easy to use, dries quickly, not greasy.

It smells awful, it does what is supposed to do, but trust me every one will know you have this on you. Even after showering the smell will linger and it will bleed to your sheets and even your mattress even with the mattress protector on it. It is powerful there is no doubt of how well it works.

I buy one of these monthly. I have Multiple Sclerosis and get horrible back pain. Since my pain is mostly nerve related this really helps soothe the pain better than any other brand of lidocaine topical products or patches I've tried. This has lidocaine and phenol in it and it makes such a difference from your standard lidocaine products.
