I woke up feeling well rested, relaxed, calm and cosy. These work (if you take 2 instead of the recommended 1) which would then make this a 2 month supply instead of 4 months. Still, it’s good value for what you pay.

My son bought these for himself and said they do help him relax and fall asleep at night. I have trouble getting to sleep myself so he gave me a couple to try out and they work a treat! No side effects so far for either of us, will update the review if that changes. I've now ordered a box for myself.

Can't rate it as no effect what's so ever. Taking it for about 4 days now (nights). First two nights took 1, no effect, then started to take two. Still no effect. Will most likely send back (gladly) for full refund, and will continue to seek some other. Bought myself camomile tea, am sure I ll get a better result from it.

First off, when I ordered these, I felt great. Suggested friends bought these. However. I then developed adult acne and I've never had this before. I developed severe back pain and inflammation. Bowel habits decreased and weight gain was affected. The only thing i have changed in my life is these tablets. I have now stopped taking them and will see what happens. Good luck if they work for you but I feel and look awful.
