My daily pill. I can’t do my job without it I’m on my feet all day long with it no pain and no cramps on my leg.And my 85 year mother in law takes them every day and it works wonders on her. A recommend it a1000 %.

Great Supplement + Info to Know
This vitamin E supplement hasn't caused me any issues, it's great! Personally ordered it for dry skin on face and scalp. It is large but I can swallow it easily since it's a gel cap. No taste or after taste. One thing to note is that vitamin E can interfere with vitamin K metabolism. So if your might be low in K, you'll want to check your multi, eat K rich foods, or take a supplement etc. Frequent nosebleeds can result from vitamin K deficiency (as well as vitamin C & D deficiency).

I have really noted a difference in my processing speed. I have been recovering from a concussion and had struggled. I see a big improvement after two months using this supplement.

Great for hypothyroidism
I take this on an empty stomach together with Thorne Research Selenomethionine and my thyroid medication, and wait at least 30 minutes before eating. Vitamin E works synergistically with selenium, increasing absorption. Selenium helps convert T4 to T3. Since adding this to my thyroid medication, my dosage of thyroid has decreased significantly. Every other brand of vitamin E I have ever tried has given me a severe headache. This brand does not. Also, it does not contain soy, which is a goitrogen and a carcinogen. I highly recommend this brand!
