Q: Do any of these balls come with a way to turn off the sounds? The shaking is great. The noise is annoying.

No way that I know of to turn off the sound I had trouble changing the batteries now I can’t get it to go back together I’ve asked for help but didn’t get an answer

Q: I have an aggressive chewer. I am worried she can get to the batteries. How durable is the case?

My little 12# dog LOVES this..I really don't think it would be good for a big chewing dog, they would probably tear the cover to pieces. She even can get the velcro closure open but can't get the plastic ball out. I don't think a dog can get to the batteries, they are in a little compartment that has screws to hold it closed.

Q: Can i get a replacement ball? we cannot get the one i received yesterday to work. have tried 2 lots of batteries. the on/off switch seems to be broke

Damn, sorry that happened.. The one I bought was broken too, I would try doing a return under your order tab it lists the reasons why you’re doing a return. This is the question section about a product. I don’t think you would get anything resolved by posting anything here….
