Let me just start this review by saying I had extremely low expectations about this cookware set. In fact, I really only bought it for the "Deep Blue" color. My intention was to buy a better, more expensive set next year and this was just a placeholder until that time. I was already disappointed when I opened the box and pulled out the first pan, the "Deep Blue" does not match pics. At least not to my eyes. I contemplated not even using them and just sending them back. Then I came to my senses and decided to give them a try, because the color alone is not going to make meals any better. And I'm glad I did. The standard test for all nonstick pans is eggs. I pre-heated the pan with medium heat on my glass top stove, threw a pat of butter in, and cracked the egg. Let me tell you...this pan is SLIPPERY. I definitely used too much butter, but only because that's what I was used too with other pans. This pan needs less. I didn't have to add any butter for the second egg, there was still too much. Both eggs just slipped around the pan like you see on commercials for every nonstick pan, no resistance whatsoever. These were some of the best looking eggs I've ever cooked. And after I was done, I let the pan cool on the stove top before washing it with some Dawn soap and a sponge. It cleaned right up and didn't even look like I had used it. So far, I've made a few more over easy/medium eggs, scrambled eggs (which do get stuck to the metal tabs, but I'm not going to knock points for that, those aren't nonstick), shrimp, and quesadillas. Cheeses don't even stick, they just slide right off. And cleaning is a breeze. Even though they are labeled as dishwasher safe, the instructions do say it could lessen the life of the surface material, so I just follow the directions and handwash them with a mild soap and a soft sponge. They clean up so dang easy that it only take a minute. There is no scrubbing. I even got the pot and pan protectors so I could stack them all properly without scratching the surfaces. This is without a doubt the best cookware set I've ever owned. 5 stars all day.

I don't care what issues people had with superficial gripes like color or a chip on the outside of the pan. As a retired chef, I cook a lot. At this stage in my life, I wanted something that would last and meet the high demands I put on these pans. My first test of any new pans are generally eggs and fried potatoes, as they can be very temperamental. Let me tell you, they turned out perfect. I used less than half the butter I would have needed in my old pans and probably could have used less. The pans had enough slide left after the potatoes to make the eggs without needing to add more butter. The pans also are hefty enough to avoid burning your food through the flimsy bottoms of many other pans on the market, especially if you make delicate sauces or food that burns easily. Though they are dishwasher safe, my recommendation is to wash them by hand, since they don't leave enough food crust to need a dishwasher and wipe clean with ease. I also prefer to use wooden or heavy duty, temperature resistant silicon utensils in the pans too, though I don't think a light stir with a metal spoon or flipping a piece of fish with a fish turner would hurt, since they seem pretty scratch resistant. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase, and I foresee these pans lasting a long time.

We bought these in the copper color and they are beautiful! We needed a new set for our Wolfe induction range, and after browsing many brands decided on these mostly because they are made in USA in Indiana. They also had excellent reviews and were packaged EXCEPTIONALLY well! This company seems to be a great company with a great product! So far everything we've cooked has came out perfectly. My hubby cooks eggs nearly every day and he loves the skillets. We are so happy with them and highly recommend. They are a little heavier and solid but not too heavy. Food cooks very evenly. The glass lids are nice as well. I do hand wash them, as dishwasher detergent is just harsh on nonstick finishes and I want these to last a long time! If you are looking for a quality set of cookware, or a great wedding or shower gift registry or idea, these are perfect!

I have needed new cookware for years. I am getting used to it and am loving it! Nice and pretty, sturdy, well made, even cooking, clean up is a breeze, they stack. My batch of fudge was great! The pots and pans are a little heavy but this set replaced old set piece for piece! The handles are a little too long for my small hands making the pans feel unbalanced. One reviewer said she picked up pans closer to the pot itself. That works! Several reviews said handle and lid tops get hot. I make sure the pot is on correct size heating element and keep a hot pad on the handle and lid as a remind for myself and those helping. i haven't encountered these concerns myself though. The handles have a funky shape, not rounded, more flat, edges curve up slightly, no padding. Never had a product packaged so well..I was impressed and saved some pieces as protectors. The box was in a box and had to cut one side of the shipping box to get to the pans!! In my book, that's a good thing!!! I would buy again and will recommend! I gave it 4 stars because of handle shape and length and it being a tad heavy. Only addition I would make, if asked, would be to add a small curved handle opposite long handle for easier maneuvering.

So far I’m loving them! Easy to cook with and they look amazing. Very easy to clean and the sizes are perfect. I keep them hanging so no problem with scratches. They are very durable and seem like they will last. Lids are glass and easy to see through.

Works well so far! The non-stick surface works as expected, and seems to be pretty durable. I like the fact that it is oven safe and will not outgas, in contrast to pans with a teflon-type coating. I am working with an electric range & oven, and the pans seems to heat up fairly quickly. I like the fact that the sauce pans are sized so that the lids work with the frying pan in this set and the frying pans in another set I bought. My only gripe - there was not a set containing the exact group of pans that I wanted.

Purchased a new induction range and needed new pots and pans. Reviewed alot of pans and kept coming back to these. They are fantastic! They really are non stick and easy to clean. I now only use butter and oil for flavoring, not as a release. We are extremely happy!

Update 8 months later: the pan I use the most, has finally started to show signs of wear and it’s not as non stick as it used to be. Also a huge warning! DO NOT get egg on them because it will completely peel the paint off! It was my first time using the small frying pan to make eggs and a bit of the egg got on the side of the pan, when I went to wash it, the entire area peeled off!!!! So upsetting bc I have tried my best to take care of them but they are extremely fragile! (Original review) They’re beautiful but the white ones get scratched very easily and very noticeable. They came with a few defects but I kind of expected it. It still is frustrating to deal with because you expect perfection spending so much for a pots and pans set but the Nuwave customer service was amazing and they are sending replacements to replace the ones that are the most noticeable. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and they do come very well packaged! They feel sturdy and very good quality! Editing to add a few more pics of me cooking with them yesterday. They did really well but I really suggest reading all of the instructions regarding heating and the amount of heat they can take oh, and pre heating!! I followed the instructions and had no issues! Also, I recommend not stacking them when storing them to prevent scratches. Update after one month: I have cooked for us and for our dogs with this entire set. The pan I use the most recently is the frying pan as I use it for our dogs’ steaks. After cooking with them so much, they still remains spotless and non stick! I absolutely love them and do not regret purchasing at all!! Again, I highly recommend reading all instructions, I have been preheating on very low heat before adding oil or anything in to cook and it’s been working for us. I also let them completely cool before even thinking about washing them which is hard for me because I want to wash everything right away but they can warp if they are washed while still hot!
