What glue can I use if I install it on roof with shingles?

I use these on the down spouts and use zip ties. There are screw holes if you have enough material for a screw. As far as glue. I would use a 50 50 mix such as JB Weld. What ever you use, the weather will degrade the adhesive

What materials is used to attach the metal spikes on the roof tiles, so they remain on the place for at least 20 years?

LoL I haven't had mine on for 20 years so I can't say. But I used liquid nails and they haven't budged in over a year. I guess you could drill holes in the tile and put anchors and screws in if you expect them not to move for 20 years. I went in knowing that nothing will hold them that long and understand there will be maintenance involved.
