Doesn't work underwater must be dry and clean

Wouldn't stick when in water
Bought this to patch some small cracks around plastic in the pool, as the description said it would work for that purpose.Well mixed putty refuced to stick to any wet surfaces, was incredibly sticky (so it stuck to fingers, whether gloved or not, instead of the cracks) and smelled quite terribly.Might work well for other items, but don't bother using it for pool putty.
