Easy to use and killed the termites.
I like this stuff. It was effective. Easy to mix and easy to use. I had termites in facia on the front of our garage near the ground. I could see the little piles of termite residue all along the length of the driveway under the facia. I mixed the borate powder and drilled some holes in the facia and used a turkey baster to put the borate into the holes. In a few days, no more termite evidence.
