Was tired of changing batteries in the Sony A7SIII on the RS3 and randomly saw this. The build qualities great, and it's a no brainer to install. It locks in place and also locks in the vmount battery you put on. It even gives you a latch so you can jerry rig your own power bank solution if you wanted to. Extremely happy with this product as it changed our business from having to change batteries as often. One vmount can now power the A7SIII for up to 6~7 hours before having to charge it, and the even larger vmounts can last the whole day.

Works extremely well for bigger batteries due to the fact the it sits very close to the arm allowing more space. Very sturdy as expected from SmallRig!

I work weddings which are generally long days and I have been trying to find a better way to power my camera. I decided to try this out and it works amazing. Easy to install under the plate arm. Stays locked in and I'm not afraid it might come off. Solid metal part. I use it with a Neewer v mount battery that has a bunch of connection ports. I can go 2 whole days without charging the battery. There are some balance concerns, but overall a solid Device.

If you plan on using this for a V mount battery on the Small Rig arm on the cold shoe it slips through. Seems like this is made to attach to the bottom of the Ronin camera plate. Probably best suited for that.

The perfect low profile solution for gimbal operating. I use this on my ronin rs3 pro for recording extended dj sets. I mount a 50wh v-mount battery on it, and it helps to act as a counterweight as well for my Canon R5C which can be pretty heavy with the 28-70 f/2.0 on it.

It slips on my Ronin RSC 2 Pro perfectly. Keeps the battery locked on just fine. It's not heavy, so even whey I'm not using the battery on the gimbal I leave the plate on without issue.

Well built and does exactly as advertised. Now I can power my camera with a small v-mount for hours, rather than chewing through camera batteries and having to rebalance my gimbal to access my camera battery door.

Worked great until it became randomly stuck to my battery in the middle of the shoot leaving me in a pickle. Still can't get it off now I'm back in the office. Who knows what I'll do.

Use this to mount a VB50 or VB99 below the RS3 Pro for my R5C, basically once its in you don't even know its there anymore and its like the R5C never had any power issues.

I should’ve gotten this long time ago. The only reason I didn’t get a V mount battery for my RS3 Pro is because I couldn’t find a convenient place to put it. Now it’s perfect and easy to balance.
