These lat pulldown attachments are excellent—better than the original ones that came with my machine, and at a fraction of the cost. The grip is comfortable, the build feels sturdy, and they provide smooth, secure handling for every rep. They’ve definitely upgraded my pull-down and row workouts without breaking the bank. For a cheap bar I love this thing. It holds weight properly and helps with targeting lats well. I use it weekly and there are no signs of wear and tear.

This is a very complete set of pull down/rowing bars. I love them. I use them every single day. They are big and beefy. The handles are great and are shaped well for my hands. I wear an XL - XXL sized glove. If you have larger hands, you will also like the size of the handles on these bars. I also found that as I was pulling a lot of weight using a straight bar, I was causing a lot of stress on my wrist. As soon as I got these bars, I was able to find a more natural fit for my hands and my wrist and that stress went away. These were exactly what I needed so that I could continue to pull heavy weight without causing other stress damage.

No defects on mine and very nicely made. The hole where your carabiner will fit thru looks well made and seems built to last. The item comes with a nice 4 inch carabiner. I chose the 10 inch, lat pull-down, close grip version (BL03). The 10 inch close grip puts my hands in a supinated position. The position, feel and fit in my hand is great (I’m 6-1 250lb). I might suggest gloves because the grip can be a little slippery when wet. I’m using this specific item for Seated Lat Rows (pull-in) AND the typical, Seated Lat Pull-Downs (again hands will be in a supinated position with this item). The other ~very cool~ thing about this item is that you can actually flip the item facing away from you (opposite of the intended position) and the grip naturally changes to a pronated position. This is absolutely fantastic! Two completely different grips for one item! I can definitely recommend this Bluslm brand “Lat Pulldown Attachment”. I really don’t see/feel any ~negative~ difference between more the more expensive competition. *** I’m a regular old schmo but an X - elite athlete and an avid “Home Gym Rat”. IM also extremely picky about my things. I’m going to recommend this but at the same time I’ve only used this a few times. Again, the quality seems very nice though and believe this will prove to be durable.

Great product for the home gym. Fit & finish rivals the stuff in high end membership gyms. Highly recommend.

Great looking attachments. Unfortunately ordered a set of 7 units and it only came with 4 carabiners so have to order more.

It does a great job of targeting rowing and pulldown muscle groups while being easy on your shoulder joints. I don’t know what it’s coated in, but it grips well and feels good in your hand, and whatever it’s coated in will prevent it from rusting which is good for humid garage gyms.

First things first, buy yourself some caulk if you don’t always have some. If you sweat from your hands, you’ll thank me later. Works amazing for hitting back workouts, grips are perfect if you have small or large hands. It spreads your back out when doing seated rows and lat-pull downs really feeling the contraction. Hands down better than most equipment that the gym provides plus it’s my own personal equipment so it’s a bonus.

Just received my order with two grips. One of Them was fine and in good condition, but the other was damaged upon receiving. It didn’t look like it was damaged during shipping since the packing was still intact, so it was sent like that

Extremely disappointed with the quality of product already arrived damaged. Poor quality for the price I had paid for.
