Q: Do you load this up with your favoritentooth floss and will it stay tight? Or do you have to thread it for use every time with a cut piece???

The head swivels in such a manner that you can always keep the floss tight! Works well for me even though I used waxed floss and have a couple of tight gaps between my teeth. Ingenious. I use new floss each time for sanitary reasons. Also you quickly figure out how to wrap the floss so it stays secure.

Q: What kind of floss do you use, does it come with or is it a separate purchase?

With toothbat you get to use whichever your preferred floss is as it doesn't come with floss included.

Q: Is there a floss dispensing mechanism built in?

No there isnt. The toothbat is designed to work with various types of Floss. Simply load your preferred floss onto it and the toothbat will help you reach all corners of your mouth with comfort and ease.

Q: I’m skeptical about the size of the head fitting in the mouth? Is it small enough to discreetly fit in and maneuver in the mouth?

I have no issue, and since three sides are strung sometimes you tilt it to the side to reach certain areas. However I might have a larger mouth than yours. If you've ever used a different floss handle (like the disposable ones) then this should work fine.
