We bought this and have had it a year. because my husband needs to be able to run it, as he is Blind, it’s easy to turn on as the button is right in the middle front. Picking up the carafe it auto stops. Easy for me to clean and troubleshoot. Water tastes great! Filters last! Not too big, plenty of water. A little slow on draining into carafe, but we just start it when done with and it’s ready for next person. With a pull out faucet, easily loads water. We keep it right by sink. The heat feature is nice but hardly use. Refilering it is easy. Well made. Once in a while it will seem to stop. Just pick up the carafe, and set down. Or unplug for 30 seconds and it’s ready to go. Just needed a reset. Would definitely buy again!

I was excited to have a counter top water filter system at home five months back in April 2024 when I first purchased it. It cuts down the water to 100 - 250 TDS while my tap water has over 350 TDS although it isn't superb like below 50 TDS. It can heat up the water to hot or boiling for tea or coffee or quick oatmeal. A week ago the electric panel on the top no longer lit up even the power is connected leaving this system useless. I tried to reach out the seller as it is supposed to cover under the warranty for 5 years. No response whatsoever after I wrote to the seller two weeks ago. I was hoping to work with seller to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved before I write any negative comments. Unfortunately, it does not work out.

I owned at least 3 other RO systems, and this one is the best. It's design pros are: 1) The filtered water reservoir is the kettle itself, not in a container inside the system which is impossible to clean (or to inspect if it needs cleaning). 2) Its kettle is more convenient than a stand-alone kettle: you can set temperatures. 3) Pure:drain ratio (4:1) is great, one of the best in the market. 4) Its small size -- all others took so much space on my counter top, but this one is small enough. It doesn't provide as much purified water at a time, however can you really drink more than 0.8L water at once? I can just press the button again when the kettle is empty, the water will be ready for me the next time I want to drink it. 5) Not in the description, but while the RO is working and dripping water into the kettle, the moment you lift the kettle, it stops dripping immediately. I've done this many times, never got a single drop of water outside of the kettle. I've been using this through the whole winter, provided me with hot/warm water every day. Customer service is very responsive as well, trustworthy. The only feature that I wish it could have is to have a timer for the temperature, e.g. to boil a pot of tea for 12 minutes. Then this can fully replace fancy tea kettles. Another nice to have would be to preset time, e.g. filter water at 7am (so that I can have a fresh pot of water when I wake up), but actually filtering is so quick, I can just press the button and brush my teeth etc, then the water will be ready for me.

This product is amazing! I am really pleased with how good the water tastes and how well the machine functions. It easily paid itself off within the first month of using it as we go through a lot of water. I haven’t had any issues with it and bought it in February and use it many times per day to fill our gallon water jugs for drinking water and making coffee and cooking with. I also love the built in ability for it to heat the water very quickly and the fact that it can make tea easily with the infuser that comes with it. I highly recommend this R.O. System to anyone needing a great counter top unit that is durable and easy to use.

Small design allows easy placement on kitchen counter. Build quality is on par with my previous RO. The carafe is on the small side, so contacted service. Oliver sent me a carafe within a week. The carafe is about a liter and fills quickly. Water waste is difficult to measure, but seems less than the previous RO. Taste is excellent. Been in use for one month filtering 8 liters daily without any issues. All buttons functions as intended. Overall, nice build, small foot print, ease of use, excellent product. Service is beyond superb. Update: stop working at 11 months. Emailed support, but no response. Will be going back to previous RO.

We bought this about 1 year ago. It worked well for about 6 months then became very slow to drain and only would drain about 1/3 of a carafe. Finally, I decided to change the filters thinking they were possibly clogged. There are no filters available anywhere for this machine and now it is currently listed as unavailable on Amazon including the filters. It is now officially useless and an extreme waste of money. I went to the company's website, and they don't even sell this anymore. Buyer beware of this machine.

Overall, we have loved the quality of this product. There is some noise when it is being used but not nothing out of the ordinary. The flow has slowed down recently, and I thinking it has been a year and I might have to change one of the filters to increase the speed. One of the two filters needs to be changed every year and the other filter every two years. As per performance, it does what it has to do, however, there are times that when water is being added too abruptly, the water beings to leak. Overall, it is a good product.
