I got these for my buddy after he suffered excessive scrotal sweating sitting on a tarmac waiting for his plane to take off. Hope was that using these would keep him from having to sit in a puddle of his own ball sweat and chafing himself before he got home and had to explain to his wife why he has trench foot on his ball sack.He seemed to like them and said they keep his nipples from sweating as well.

I bought these and some other ice packs, these were by far the best. More flexible, the shape was better, everything was better.

Got these in anticipation of my husband getting snipped. They fit into the underwear that I bought separately. They stay nice and cold and are well-made. They are comfortable and well worth every penny! His healing will be so much better thanks to being able to swap these out!

Post vasectomy is your friend.. I bought the boxer and ice pack kit originally but wanted an extra set of ice packs. These ice packs were better quality then packs i received in the “kit”
