First off, I really like the taste. There's also zinc and vitamin C, as well as some B vitamins. This is NOT a low calorie drink nor low carb, but it does what it says it does, which is rapidly rehydrate you.

Great to have around after a workout, recovery from being sick, or a bounce back after a night of drinking. Flavor is great (better cold!) and the bulk is nice to have a stash. Highly recommended.

This is the absolute best hydration you can buy, and cucumber lime is the most refreshing! (Warning to folks who expect a "propel" like taste and consistency ... THIS IS NOT IT, Flash IV is thick and slightly salty, when you first drink it you think, "oh this isn't quenching at all" then a seconds later , it hits you ..."oh wow.... That is REALLY quenching!" This is a gulping the whole bottle drink... Not sippy sipping...

My wife was having a trouble keeping liquids down and this was the only thing she could drink at the time to re-energize herself. It’s really helpful. I’ve had one or two and they helped me too. Very good product. I’d recommend it to anybody.

Tasts pretty bad but works very well so it does what its supposed to do.

100/10 These arrived quick and we're delicious. I originally bought these from Walgreens for my husband and brother as they work out in the heat. They were exhausted and after chugging these down, they both got a second wind. My husband and I both drink these pretty much daily. They help him in the gym with recovery and hydration. And I'm currently pumping for my 4 month old. There is definitely a noticeable difference if I stay hydrated with these (and water) vs not. The extra "umph" in your step and alertness is great. I absolutely recommend trying these out! The strawberry kiwi flavor is my personal favorite but all flavors are delicious.
