Great Gluten Free Flour!
I used this bread flour to make cinnamon rolls for Christmas and they were perfect! They had the texture of regular gluten rolls without the usual density of that comes from other gluten-free flours. It works up well and it is very easy to use. Great quality, taste and texture!

A game changer for gluten free recipes
If you’re gluten free, you know how tricky recipes can be. It’s anything but simple. And this flour made it so simple! I use it as a replacement to my regular non gluten free recipes and this is the flour I found is the most similar to regular flour. I love the taste, quality and consistency. I use it to bake and cook, wherever flour is needed. Definitely recommend.

Consistency, Quality, Flavor
If you want TASTY gluten free bread then you should make your own and this is the only gluten free bread flour for the job as long as you are NOT truly allergic to wheat as there is some wheat starch in this flour. It may seem a bit pricey but when you consider that you can make 3 loaves of bread from one sack of flour then you will find that the value really is there. Totally worth it. This flour is about a dollar more at my local store so the savings are here for sure. When baking loaves of GF bread with this flour there is actually the subtle scent of BREAD in the air which is quite pleasing and not to be had with other gf flours. Loaves taste like bread, the texture is bread like, and the slices have the strength to support a burger or a loaded sandwich and can be used for nice, THICK slices of GLUTEN FREE FRENCH TOAST. Buy it and then bake it. You won’t regret it.

Can make delicious breads and cinnamon rolls that you wouldn't know are gluten-free
We've made some fantastic gluten-free bread and cinnamon rolls that are far better than store-bought, and you wouldn't even know that they're gluten-free. One thing I recommend is perhaps adding some psyllium husk powder to the liquid you're adding to the dry ingredients to get a little more elasticity and a better rise for recipes that would benefit from it. Just mix the psyllium into the warm liquid you're going to add, and let it set up for ten minutes or so until you get more of a gel-like consistency. Another tip is that gluten-free doughs generally need to be a lot wetter than your traditional bread dough. From what we've seen, it really needs to be more of a gloopy, sticky mess, so you will need to add a bit more liquid than a normal bread recipe may call for. We've found that the dough needs to be too wet for you to knead it. If you're modifying a recipe to be gluten-free for the first time, then be careful and increase the liquid by a tablespoon or two at a time until you get the desired (gloopy) texture. If at the end of it you baked something up that turned out a bit stiff, didn't rise much, and has bone-white sides, then odds are you didn't add enough liquid. Oh, and you absolutely can use this flour in a starter without having to make any changes to it.

Best Gluten Free Flour
Gluten Free Sourdough. It is possible with this flour. I’ve been making sourdough from scratch for years using wild yeast. I was skeptical this could deliver. I followed the instructions with one exception. I let the starter “sour” longer than recommended. I baked the loaves as I normally would. After suggested time in the Dutch oven (lid on), I removed the lid and baked 10 minutes & 20 minutes longer. You can see the difference in the color of the loaves. The crust was very crunchy and the interior was moist, thoroughly baked and chewy. The “sour” flavor was definitely there but mild. King Arthur does sell a “Sourdough” flavoring if you desire more tang. Overall I was pleased with the results. The cost of the flour makes homemade a bit cheaper than a bakery, especially if you want gluten free. I also use this flour to make a baguette style loaf and it comes out beautifully. Taste compared to store bought GF is on another level. If you enjoy breads and have to go GF try King Arthur Flour blends.

Best GF flour for rolls and breads as long as you aren't allergic to wheat
Makes amazing bread products for GF people! I made both dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls with this and both of those items were absolutely delicious. If you are only gluten intolerant but not actually allergic to wheat, this is definitely the best GF flour for replacing regular all purpose flour.

My favourite gf flour! I get the best rise on all my baked goods with this product and I have repurchased over and over! It is quite pricy here so if you can get it in store or else where you’ll likely be able to find a better price. However, it is very difficult to find in Canada so appreciate having this as an easy fall back option.
