I'm 5.3'' and as per the chart should be good with 55cm so bought it first. But my seating position was below my knees which is not considered idle for relaxing or even working out. So I returned it and ordered 65cm and that is perfect. I still gave them 5 stars because returns were easy and I got the shipment quickly!

I use this for exercise and sometimes just to set on watching TV. It is a very helpful item for my back and comfortable to just set on and I's be lost without it. Glad I ordered it!!!

This is a great exercise ball! I needed one for physical therapy, and it works perfect for me. It was easy to inflate and is holding the air just fine. I highly recommend it.

I have used this stability ball for over 30 days and it is holding the air in good.

Included pump doesn’t work. I tried for over a half hour and the ball didn’t blow up at all. So I still have a deflated exercise ball sitting on my floor until I can buy a different pump.

My grandson loves this yoga ball. He is 11 years old and uses this ball for balancing.

Ball is not uniform, hard to sit on.
