This is a rub - not to be used to make Chimichurri!!
Did not realize this was rub. My bad. Added red wine vinegar and olive oil to this mix to make Chimichurri - way too salty!! Great rub though - full flavor spectrum of chimichurri. Lssson learned.

Great for grilled meats and veggies
I'm never disappointed with the Derek Wolfe line of Spiceology rubs and spices and this was no exception. The spices are always fresh and full of flavor. I've used this on chicken and steak and loved it. Def would work well on veggies also.

No a garlic flavored spice!
I don’t know what is in there but it stinks and not garlic smells like you would want from something named Garlic Herb! We think it stinks
