Filled with information to improve your business and social life through effective communication.
This book is going to change the way I communicate for life. I enjoyed that the book was straight to the point and had excellent statements to quote. Reading Human to Human also taught me the necessity of simplifying complex information, which is a must to effectively get your point across. So glad I purchased this book! I'm eager to read more from Bryan Kramer.

#H2H my A HA Moment ! Three little words that changed my social media marketing life.
This book really did change my career life. I live in Northern Canada. I first heard about your book through the podcast on [...] with @mikestelzner. I work in health care. We are very slowly getting into the social media world. However, this past year I have taken it upon myself to submerse myself in the social media marketing world. It has been challenging to say the lest. Working with people is what I have been doing all my professional life. So, I get the Human to Human world. #H2H. This allows me to explain the social media world so that people in the health care world can understand how we can expand our engagement to the online world.I love when you talk about going back to where we know what the customers want. Back in the day when my grandparents had a store and they knew their customers. What they liked, where they lived and the list goes on.I wish I was attending the social marketing world 2014 to learn more from you. I am doing the virtual ticket. I really wish I could give you a non-virtual HUG. You helped me marry the two worlds that I am passionate about Social Media and Health Care Promotion. Thank you so much from Canada. @fundybaysocial I look forward to learning from you in the future. Best of luck :)

Insights on H2H, the next level of social marketing.
Bryan Kramer is a thought leader in social marketing. He does a great job in this book of showing why he is on the cutting edge in this quickly changing field, and why what he has dubbed H2H is the next step. There is a lot here for social marketers, for sure, but also for everyone in their personal and business lives. H2H is a concept for all of us, in almost any situation. Taking advantage of the e-book technology, his insights are reinforced with excellent but all-too-short video clips taken from recent interviews with other authors and leaders in the field. I really liked the discussion on "delightful disruption," which of course is the secret to progress and success in a lot of areas. In a phrase from the book itself, Bryan Kramer's ideas definitely are "crowd-worthy," and are sure to spark future success in the use of social media.

People do business with People!
The marketing of brands and businesses has shifted into the new world media realm of social sharing. But simply using a hashtag with updates, news, and information is not enough to create a lasting, and valuable relationship with your customers. That is where Bryan Kramer's new eBook entitled, "There is No B2B or B2C - Human to Human: #H2H", comes in to help explain why it is so important for us to relate to our audience in a non-corporate and `human' way.The heart of #H2H is that in order to relate to and understand the complexity of other human beings, brands and companies must respond in a simple yet relatable way that keeps their audience connected and creates a sense of value and self-worth.I couldn't agree more! This book is a must-read for anyone who desires to build better relationships through social media and online.

Spot on
Fantastic. Honestly, I get so tired of trying to explain how building these relationships is important. Too many CEO's focus on B2B vs B2C and think there is such a huge difference. The relationships are the same. Businesses are run by people. People determine whether they like what you have to offer or not. People build a rapport with a brand. People talk about what you offer, represent, do (or did) and what they think about it. I have yet to see the company that pulled up its collective brick and mortar sleeves, walked into any store (all company members in tow), and unanimously agreed between all working parts (and members) that it wanted, needed, liked, hated, etc. anything. Some of the answers may be different but the general strategy should always be the same: people to people.

Welcome to the League of Human Marketers
"I'm only human, of flesh and blood I'm made, I'm only human, born to make mistakes." - The Human LeagueWho remembers that techno-pop masterpiece from 1986? I do...holy cow, was that really 28 years ago???It seems like a fitting theme song for Bryan Kramers brief but compelling masterpiece on marketing to humans. Sorry 'bots, this book is not for you :)I especially connected with "The Four Rules of Social Context", "What Does Human Sensory Building Mean?" & "How Do You Humanize a Crowd" - great actionable advice and tips are contained within.I highly recommend reading this book to energize or reaffirm the human side of your marketing efforts. I am looking forward to putting many elements of #h2h to work for my business in 2014!

Was expecting more
It’s interesting how he simplifies it. Not sure at what point I felt like it was simple communication. But I guess that was the main message

H2H isn't a book for social media or marketing its a must read for everyone in Business!
Technology & Innovation are always changing and businesses are always finding new ways to communicate and collaborate and increase productivity. We are living in an exciting time but we must not forget to be human!Bryan does an amazing job in this easy read book of talking about the 6 basic human needs & explaining the value of "Human to Human" interaction and thinking of it that way. When I first went to read this book I did as a social media ambassador but after reading this I have been telling all of executives and business leaders to read this book because for businesses to really be great they must think HUMAN to HUMAN...

A massive book perfectly preserved as a small read
This book is a MUST read for all marketers old school or new school. The reason I say old school, is that you will never get to new school without reading this book. I have become so disillusioned by marketing strategists in the UK, who dismiss social media as the future of marketing. For those guys catch up read this book or retire - please. For new school, you know that social media is the channel to market that will provide new customers for brands and that will help to maintain brand credibility and loyalty. Relationship is everything, conversation is at the heart of every human interaction. We simply do not live in an inanimate world. In this book, Bryan Kramer tells how it is and deals with marketing as a social commitment to providing human to human experiences where emotion is relevant in brand interaction.

Succinctly sets out the argument why social media is here to stay and the dangers for all businesses in ignoring it.
