Boswellia Extract 243 mg Dietary Supplement* - 100 Tablets

It really helped with my knee (old torn meniscus). It also helped my 86 year old father's knees enough that he was able to use his bicycle again. But, it caused me to have heartburn/acid-reflux. Now, I already had an acid reflux problem that has been under control with prescription medicine, but the Boswellia caused the reflux to recur. I ended up cutting back the Boswellia dosage to a much smaller amount that does not cause heartburn for me, but still helps with my knee. The knee does not feel as good as when I took the full recommended amount of Boswellia, but still feels a lot better than without the Boswellia. With the full dosage, it felt like a new knee! I am now taking 1/2 tablet every other day (these tablets need a pill cutter to get them to 1/2 tablets) and that seems to be the max I can take without heartburn/reflux. A few of my friends started using the Boswelia and had good results but also had to stop due to heartburn.

I take several supplements including turmeric and omega 3 fish oil, but this made a real difference in joint pain for me, especially knee pain. I am a RN (42 years a nurse) who is very much interested and educated in natural health. They don’t teach natural health to us in school. This is a reputable company. Be aware that NSAIDS like Motrin, advil, naproxen etc can cause atrial fibrillation and gut issue. Try to cut out sugar and absolutely stay away from artificial sweeteners. Drink more clean water. Movement is so important too. This helps me move more without pain.

I have chronic inflammation from osteoarthritis and tendinitis. I wanted to try something besides Advil for my pain. This works for mild to moderate inflammation. Sometimes mine gets so bad I need the Advil. But if it's a normal day with only my usual regular pain, this stuff does help. It's not a miracle, but it's not bad and I like to give my body a break from the Advil whenever I can. Good stuff. I would recommend.

I am taking this as part of supplements for fibromyalgia and arthritis. I am not sure if it is helping but will continue to take it. I am having less joint pain. When I have finished the bottle, I will go a few days without it. If my pain level increases, I will start taking it again.

I saw a Dr on YouTube recommend this. I’ve been taking it for about a month now. Praise the lord I am able to exercise again. I suffer from bad fibromyalgia as bd swollen joints. This helps take the edge off. Not completely but enough I can do things so haven’t been able to like work out with weights again and ride my spinning bike.

The very expensive natural pain reliever, "Curamin" by Terry Naturally, uses Boswellia as well as DL Phenylalinine, Nattokinase and Circumin for their active ingredients and you will drop $62.90 on Amazon if you want 40 servings of their extra-strength formula. I don't want to take DL Phenylalinine, and several respected docs say that it isn't effective for pain relief. I also don't want to spend extra money for an inferior product. So I make 40 servings of what I find a superior combination of Curcumin ($17.01), Nattokinase (about $4.50), Piperine, which helps the body use a variety of nutrients and supplements more effectively; (about $1.50), and Boswellia ($3.60), This comes to $26.61 -- a savings of $36.29! I usually take at least 2 servings a day, and sometimes 3. The savings adds up fast, and the nerve pain diminishes!

This product did nothing for me other than produce some pain and discomfort around my kidney area. I called the company’s provided phone number in hopes of a refund, but no one answers. The website doesn’t load up either, very strange. Too many red flags for me.. buyer beware. I will update if the company decides to reach out to me.

I like it was a tablet, easy to swallow. Too early for me to discuss outcome .
