Awesome battery pack, way more comfortable than the regular strap[ plus you get extra battery life!!, fits snug and its fell off my desk a couple times, very durable.

Works great at extending the battery life of the Oculus 2/Meta Quest 2. Also a million times more comfortable than the factory head strap. I recommend to everyone !!

This product was very easy to install and it was very comfortable the battery pack on the back makes the headset seem more balanced and stays in your head the only issue I have is the battery does not last Al long as advertised but I am getting around 3-4 hours out of it so I mean it does extend the okay time a bit more in my opinion it was worth the money

I purchased this strap knowing that it would not extend play time by 8 hours, so there was no disappointment from me there. Also, I didn't need it to extend it by 8 hours anyway. A more realistic estimate that it can't extend your battery life by is about 2 hours which is fine for me. Make sure you are turning on the battery pack immediately before you start gaming by pressing the button once. You'll want to turn it on when you first start it up because the battery pack is supposed to make the oculus internal battery die slower, not keep it charged to 100%. You'll notice the battery will go down, even with the battery pack turned on, but it will be much much slower. Then when you are done, double press the button to turn the battery off. This strap is also essential not just because of the battery life, but because of the comfort. If there's one thing I've learned from using this strap is that the oculus strap is garbage and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced especially if you play vr on a regular basis. It seems like a lot of these low reviews come from people that don't know how to use the battery pack, and I get it. The instructions that came with the box are terrible. But, take time to figure it out and you will absolutely love it.

Shipping was super fast. I broke the original strap to my oculus and I had to keep adjusting the strap during use. This replacement strap also has a backup battery to help extend my playing time. I use my VR headset to play Supernatural and hate when my headset is dying in the middle of a workout. This gives me more than enough time to complete my workout before my battery is even attempting to drain. This was a great find at a great price.

UPDATE 9-4 After reading my initial review, seller reached out to me in order to make things right. They sent me a replacement strap and battery, that was a newer model, and IMHO is far better quality than this one, and really does work great! They also told me not to send the old one back, although I won't be using it as the replacement works great! A++ customer service! While I love this as a better headstrap for my oculus quest 2, the battery is a DUD! It will not charge my headset, even though it has been fully charged itself, at least according to the 4 blue lights on the battery. It doesn't extend my play time at all, in fact it actually drains the headset battery even faster than it would do it on it's own. If you are looking at this solely for the extra battery life, then look elsewhere. I am very disappointed with it, because of the dud battery. However, I will say that the headstrap itself is a lot more comfortable than the one that came with my quest 2.
