Does this come with a power cord/adapter?

Mine came with power cord only, but any refurbished unit could be different. Do business with Remix LLC at your own risk. I had an extremely negative review of the seller which I have yet to see posted.

Yes mine came with adapter, but when reading the reviews I notice one person who ordered said they didn’t get adapters. Checked mine as soon as I got it and it was there.

Can you pair this with Bluetooth speakers for better sound? It seems like it only supports Bluetooth input.

Does this have auto return?

No. The turntable comes to a complete stop at the end of the record. You have to physically return the arm to its rest.
