This product is of a great quality, good look and works as intended with multiple ring tones. Recently, I moved one of the receiver oit of range and it stopped working. I contacted Cason directly via WhatsApp and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. I highly recommend this product.

Using from last 3 months, Pair function not working at all. range is very poor. Need to press the button twice or thrice. very poor quality product. Even seller not intersting in repair the product based on mumbai only. There is no use of warranty card. Don't buy this product totally wastage of money.

I am very happy with the Cason Wireless Door Bell. The product is innovative and good looking as well. The receiver is unique in the sense that it compensates for the electrical socket it engages and provides another electrical socket so that you can use it for other appliances. Its easy to install and use. Also it has appealing ringtones from which you can select your favorite one. Overall its value for money and worth purchasing.

Purchased this product two months back. Remote unit stopped functioning. Quality and reliability issue. Draw attention to rectify the problem.

After Sales Service is Excellent and the Product is Amazing

Dont buy this product. First one was defective. Exchanged it for new and it also stopped working within a month. Really awful and absolutely bad product quality. Donot buynit strictly. I need full refund because it under warranty bit there is no link to claim warranty in the website.
