It is way better than regular maida
A bit pricey, but the quality is far far better than regular maida. I bake my own bread and make my own pizza -both from scratch and this flour is way better. The bread & pizza is soft and has a better taste. I even combine other floors to make it a truly multi grain flour for my use.

Can't find any difference between this and refined wheat flour
I baked two loaves using this flour and a good quality refined wheat flour (Brand - Naga) for a side-by-side comparison. Both were made with the same hydration level (65%), brown sugar, salt, and yeast. The results were identical. Same softness and crumb structure. Color-wise, it is no different from refined wheat flour. There is also no difference in aroma compared to high-quality refined flours like Organic Tattva and Naga. Stretching capabilities are also the same. It would be worth it at ₹100/kg but definitely not at ₹150/kg.

Good but packaging needs to improve
The bread flour itself was of good quality but the packaging has to be improved since it arrived with a small hole.
