I found this to be one of the best so far, bang for buck. With the amount of time I put in the gym and life, I need my deep sleep for optimal recovery and regeneration. This checked all the boxes and has been for 3 months now.

Been taking these for a while unable to figure out is my sleep getting better or I just be tired at times.

I sleep better without. Kept me awake at night. I think it's the Vitamin B6. Also 3 capsules is a lot.

Purchased this product because I really like now foods products but unfortunately the three pills made me sleepy but I could not fall asleep, had a terrible restless night and felt like crap the whole next day. Not for me

One serving is three pills which are somewhat large in my opinion. The 5mg of melatonin per serving is enough to make me drowsy under normal circumstances. I don’t often work myself to lots of muscle soreness in the gym, it’s the tendons that slow me down more now. Nonetheless, I’ll keep taking these to support muscle building.

I acquired this R&R supplement through Vine. I was interested in the product for exactly that... assistance with rest and repair.I've only taken this product one time, and I believe it helped me fall asleep faster and even sleep more soundly. Now, I only took 2 capsules and not the recommended 3. I did not like the taste, but a quick drink of water took care of that.Why only 2 capsules? The bottle warns of potential 'mild transient GI symptoms' so I thought I'd not take a full dose to see if I experienced any issues. None after just the one day.That said, please read the label carefully. There are a few different ingredients in here.For me, the most notable one is HMB. I started supplementing with HMB in other forms and have taken it as part of my pre-workout routine. These other supplements caution against taking more than the recommended amount... so I obviously wouldn't use this R&R supplement at night if I've already taken HMB during the day. Read the label to determine how this product fits your supplement regimen!I'll likely take other HMB products on days I train and then use this R&R supplement on my rest days.
