Cup/heating unit did not fit into power supply
Power supply has a chromed plastic ring around the top which prevents the heating cup from fitting in far enough to engage the plug, so no heating at all unless the product is partially dismantled (i.e. remove this ring), which would mena the cup of liquid is left loose and unsafe.
